Join the Authentic Leadership Blueprint Workshop on April 16th

Be Yourself, Lead Better!

Do you ever feel like you're not quite yourself at work? Like you're holding back your true voice and talents? Are you struggling to build trust with your team and inspire them to their full potential?

Do you find yourself questioning your abilities and doubting your decisions, even as you strive to be a good leader? Do you feel like you have imposter syndrome, find it difficult to assert your point of view?

This lack of authenticity can lead to disengagement, low morale, and unfulfilled potential for both you and your team. Ineffective communication and a lack of trust can hinder collaboration and stifle innovation. Self-doubt can hold you back from taking risks, seizing opportunities, and achieving your goals as a leader.

This small-group workshop will help you overcome these challenges by unlocking your authentic leadership potential. We'll equip you with the tools and strategies you need to lead with confidence. Join us and discover how to embrace your true self and become the authentic leader you were meant to be. To ensure maximum impact, the session will be tailored to individual participant needs based on 1:1 calls before the session.

Join us in-person in a small-group setting in River North on April 16th from 5:30 - 7:30 pm.

Additionally, you can expect to roll up your sleeves and complete exercises in real-time to help you learn how to deal with imposter syndrome and develop and practice authentic leadership skills. Be ready to share your authentic experiences (both the good and the bad) as well—part of this workshop will include learning from each other.

The workshop agenda will cover:

  • What is imposter syndrome, and why is it happening to you
  • Overcome challenges preventing you from embracing your authentic voice
  • Learn how to manage and quiet “the imposter”
  • Intimately get to know your authentic leadership signature
  • Discover and learn how to tap into the influential leader who is already inside of you
  • Create a personalized action plan to implement your learning

After the workshop, you will:

  • Access more effective communication skills during difficult situations
  • Tap into deeper resilience and strength to lead through challenges
  • Know what “Authentic Leadership” actually means to you the next time you read a Wharton or HBR article on authentic leadership

To create an open and collaborative environment, spots are limited to 12 workshop participants. The list price of this workshop for non-alumni is usually $250. We have secured a special discounted alumni price of $75 (non-members) and $50 (members). Reserve your seat today!
