Join the Wharton Club of Chicago as we cruise down the Chicago River on the #1 boat tour in North America at 11 am (90-minute tour). Be inspired by the captivating visual art that is Chicago’s legendary architecture and the exceptional architects who created this ever-changing, dynamic legacy for all to enjoy and admire. For anyone new to Chicago, or looking to spend some time on the water, it's a great way to meet your city and fellow Whartonites. In addition, whether it’s your first or fifth time taking the cruise, you’ll notice many changes, including three of the city’s tallest new towers.
Chicago is the City of Big Shoulders. Let's use this as an opportunity to meet our Wharton peers so we can build the foundation to help each other. This event is for all alumni!
For more than 25 years, the Chicago Architecture Foundation Center River Cruise has expertly trained docent volunteers who have led the river cruise, sharing fascinating stories behind more than 50 buildings along the Chicago River.
