The Wharton Club of Chicago Brings You an Exclusive Career Altering Experience from a Legend in the Business and now Author, Chris Nadherny
Last year’s “How to Optimize Your Career” Summer Seminar Series with Chris Nadherny (bio provided below) was oversubscribed and drew rave reviews (see testimonials). Chris has graciously agreed to lead the seminar series again this summer – Thursday May 17, Thursday May 31, and Thursday June 14. Attendance for each of the three, two-hour sessions in this series is limited to 25 participants in order to accommodate group discussion and exercises.
The “How to Optimize Your Career” Series is a set of three distinct seminars, each covering different content and aspects of effective short and longer-term career management (session content detail provided below). The series is designed specifically for business professionals wanting to build towards, acquire, and ultimately retain C-Suite roles and achieve greater career success as exhibited through stronger career advancement, enhanced job satisfaction, and superior long-term earnings.
Two-thirds of an individual’s professional success is self-determined by their ability to differentiate and position themselves in the market, make proper career decisions, and effectively manage their career. However, this broader strategic perspective and practical action steps associated with effective career management are not taught in school. Inaction and missteps while unintentional negatively impact executives’ track records. This career mismanagement results in diminished lifetime earnings, on average 35% less. This unique Summer Seminar Series is intended to provide participants with the critical insights, tools, knowledge and framework to produce greater returns on the time and energy they invest into their careers.
