Announce opening of elections via email to Regular, Paid Membership

Voting for All Regular, Paid WCC Members. (ALL paid Club Members received a separate email from the online voting tool, “Helios Voting Administrator”, before noon on 3/15/18, titled “Vote: Wharton Chicago Club Board Election 2018”.)
