About Lori Rosenkopf
Since joining the faculty in 1993, Lori has been a dedicated educator, teaching a wide range of courses to undergraduates, MBA students, doctoral candidates, and participants in executive education and online programs. She was honored with the Hauck Award for distinguished teaching in the undergraduate program. From 2013 to 2019, Lori served two terms as the Vice Dean and Director of the Wharton Undergraduate Division. During her tenure, she introduced a new undergraduate curriculum, expanded alternative curricular and career pathways, and fostered an environment of broad access and opportunity for all students.
About Jesse Pujji
Jesse Pujji is an entrepreneur and investor dedicated to fostering personal growth through entrepreneurship. He is the Founder and CEO of Gateway X, a venture studio and holding company that co-founds businesses alongside other entrepreneurs. Prior to Gateway X, Jesse co-founded Ampush, a digital marketing firm that became one of Facebook's top 100 advertisers in 2010. Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Jesse worked as an investment professional at Goldman Sachs, focusing on investments in the auto, education, and new media industries. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
About Charbel Zreik
Charbel Zreik is the Founder of Manifestations Capital. He served as the Managing Principal at Light Beam Capital. He served as Chief Executive Officer at DCI Design Communications. He also served as an Investor at Quinten Capital. He brings a track record of excellence as an investor, a small company operator, and an advisor to Fortune 500 companies. His hallmarks are valuing and caring about the people around him, solving any problem with a unique combination of analytical rigor and creative energy, as well as an ethic of hard work, humility, and excellence.
He then went on to be a founding member of The Rohatyn Group, an asset management company in NY. He moved on to operate Osage Partners, a venture capital fund in Philadelphia, where he invested in and advised startup companies. Most recently, He spent four years at McKinsey and Company, leading global teams and advising CEOs of Fortune 500 companies on how to create value in their companies. He was instrumental in shaping the NY non-profit, Minds Matter, an organization aimed at helping motivated yet underprivileged high schoolers to make it to college. He played many roles over five years from mentoring a student to serving on the national board of the organization. He has a BS in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from Wharton
About The Wharton Club of Chicago
The Club is organized to promote the welfare of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and will be operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes. The purpose of the Club includes, but is not limited to:
- Promoting the welfare of the University
- Conducting public discussion groups, forums, panels, lectures or similar programs to facilitate exposure to thought leaders and meaningful opportunities for intellectual development and lifelong learning for graduates and friends of the University
- Engaging in public relations work on behalf of the University
- Supporting the goals and objectives of the University’s Alumni Association,
- The fostering of the spirit of fraternity among graduates and friends of the University through fundraising and social events,
- Supporting other 501(c)(3) designated organizations,
- Raising of funds to be used in the establishment and the continuation of University student scholarships
We accomplish the above through a wide variety of programs, events, and member services. The Club is filled with successful people from a variety of positions and backgrounds. We offer a stimulating environment to meet new people, rekindle old connections, and expand your network.
