The Wharton Club of Chicago is excited to offer a holiday volunteer opportunity with Paralyzed Veterans of America. On Dec. 14, PVA will hold their Holiday Luncheon for veterans at the Edward Hines VA location. The luncheon runs from 12-4pm with volunteers needed in two shifts.

Please sign up for the morning or afternoon shift. This page is the signup for the afternoon shift.

The morning shift (10am-1pm) will assist in set up, decorations and serving. The afternoon shift (1pm-5pm) will assist with serving and break down. We hope you can join us to help this incredible organization bring some holiday cheer to our Vets! More info on the organization below.

Since 1946, Paralyzed Veterans of America has been on a mission to change lives and build brighter futures for our seriously injured heroes. They have had a single-minded mission—to empower our brave men and women to regain what they fought for: their freedom and independence. Paralyzed Veterans of America, a congressionally chartered veterans service organization founded in 1946, has developed a unique expertise on a wide variety of issues involving the special needs of our members – veterans of the armed forces who have experienced spinal cord injury or dysfunction.

PVA advocates for and monitors the delivery of high-quality and appropriate healthcare benefits and services by identifying and securing Veterans' benefits and other benefits for Veterans.
