Bio
Ali Wenzke is a moving expert and the author of The Art of Happy Moving: How to Declutter, Pack, and Start Over While Maintaining Your Sanity and Finding Happiness (William Morrow, 2019). Ali and her husband, Dan, moved ten times in eleven years, spanning 6 states across the U.S. She started the blog, The Art of Happy Moving.com, to help the millions of people who move each year.
Ali is a graduate of Harvard College and Stanford Law School, and she worked as a writing instructor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Known as "the Marie Kondo of moving", Ali’s moving advice has been featured in Forbes, U.S. News & World Report, Today.com, Real Simple, Fast Company, and more. Ali is happily settled in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and three children. She doesn’t plan on moving any time soon.
