Kadidia (Kadi) Petridis
Kadi is a graduate of the Northwestern School of Communications. After graduating, Kadi spent 5 years working as a Human Resources professional before joining Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.
Kadi has worked at Pfizer for over 17 years in various roles ranging from sales in a variety of therapeutic areas such as Cardiovascular Disease, Neurology, and Oncology to Oncology Key Account Management. She is currently a Sr. Director of Oncology Account Management where she leads a team of Account Managers in eight states. In this role she supports her team by working with leading Integrated Delivery Systems, Academic Medical Centers and Large Group Practices to improve standardization of care and cancer care disparities, as well as ensuring there are no barriers to accounts accessing Pfizer oncology medicines. She also works with the prostate cancer marketing team to create and execute the national strategy prostate cancer account management strategy.
Kadi is passionate about equity and diversity and is the lead for the Pfizer Global Blacks Council Field Talent Acquisition team, where she is actively working to improve organizational diversity by increasing the hiring and promotion of black colleagues.
Kadi lives in Mundelein, IL with her two daughters, Yasmeen and Sophia and is engaged to Dr. Willie Underwood, who is a Urologist and prostate cancer survivor. In her spare time, Kadi enjoys travel, yoga, reading and spending time with her family.
