How Attractive a Candidate Are You??
After retiring from Spencer Stuart Chris decided to consolidate and share his many years’ of observations and insights about successful career formation with the publication of an October 2017 career reference guidebook, THE PROACTIVE EXECUTIVE (“5-Star rated” on Amazon). The book has been praised for its clarity, insights and practical approach to effective career management. The objective of the book is to provide aspiring C-Suite executives the perspective, strategies and action steps for achieving greater career success through - more certain advancement, higher job satisfaction, and enhanced earnings.
Chris believes that 65% of business professionals’ ultimate success is determined by how effectively they manage their career and the decisions that they make. Unfortunately, these skills and thinking are not taught in school. This lack of knowledge and perspective is material. Inadequate career management and improper decision making reduce lifetime earnings by 35% or more.
During this North Shore WCC & HBSCC Breakfast, Chris will lead attendees through a basic self-diagnostic, the Executive Profile Attractiveness Measure (EPAM), which allows individuals to determine how strong their candidacy is in today’s job market. Chris will share the scoring grid during the May 10 breakfast and discuss strategies and action for developing a winning executive profile.
The results of the diagnostic also identify where individuals can strengthen their profiles. Chris will then share further thoughts and ideas for how to strengthen dimensions of your profile and achieve greater career success.
