About Moody Tongue Brewery:
Fellow Penn Alumni and entrepreneur, Jeremy Cohn, and his cousin, classically trained chef, Jared Rouben, have combined forces to create Moody Tongue Brewery. Moody Tongue is ushering in a new era of refined drinking with what brew master Jared Rouben calls culinary brewing—a technique hewn from his time spent in the kitchen of two-Michelin-starred restaurants that incorporates the flavor profiles of food into his beers. “Moody Tongue” conveys the idea of a discerning palate, someone who’s concerned about what they eat and drink.
