About the Speaker:
Louis Alloro, M.Ed., MAPP is social entrepreneur creating and facilitating evidence-based learning experiences helping teams and entire organizations dig deeper and reach higher.
He was one of the first one hundred people in the world to earn a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from University of Pennsylvania, and since 2008, has trained and certified thousands of people leaders and workplaces in applied positive psychology and wellbeing science. He created the world's first Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) program which afforded him the opportunity to work with practitioners in all sectors.
To his practice, Louis brings a ""pracademic"" lens and inspiringly calm and positive spirit to his clients through high-touch facilitation, training and coaching for leaders and teams wanting more. His passion is in helping campuses, corporations, and cities change conversations and behaviors at scale; to unleash more wellbeing in equitable and just ways for all through a Win-Win-Win philosophy and evidence-based toolbox.
Louis is a co-creator at The Wellbeing Lab and The Change Lab, senior fellow at the Center for the Advancement of Wellbeing, and a doctoral student in the School of Leadership & Change at Antioch University where he studies systems informed positive psychology interventions for work teams.
