This content-packed two-workshop series promises to provide early to mid-career business professionals with powerful and proven insights, strategies, and actions for achieving greater career success in a hybrid and increasingly AI-driven work world. The result of these proven career-building insights, strategies and actions will greatly enhance the likelihood of achieving swifter advancement, greater job satisfaction, and enhanced earnings in times of such change as opposed to becoming irrelevant. Attendance for these workshops is limited to the first 16 registrants in order to ensure a more personalized and interactive experience. The Wharton Club of Chicago has developed these two workshops in response to alumni requests for assistance in navigating their careers through “game-changing” developments in the work environment. Each of the two distinct workshops (see detail below) runs about two hours, including content delivery, exercises, discussion, and Q&A.
We are fortunate to again have Chris Nadherny moderating these workshops. Chris is a former 30-year executive search consultant and Senior Partner with Spencer Stuart, the leading global executive search firm. During this timeframe Chris led almost 800 senior executive search assignments across multiple industry sectors. He is a noted author (THE PROACTIVE EXECUTIVE – Amazon “5-Star” reader rated) and respected senior executive coach who has worked closely with 150 senior business professionals over the last five years. He provides one-on-one coaching through his firm, Nadherny & Associates, and as an Executive Mentor with Crenshaw & Associates, a leading transition services and coaching firm for C-suite executives headquartered in New York City.
