Next Career Coach “Office Hour”…free for Wharton Club of Chicago Members

Wharton Club’s Career Coach “Office Hour” is designed to offer valuable and timely career management guidance to Club members having specific questions or challenges related to their careers, advancement, job transitions, and strategic career planning. These virtual sessions are offered every 2-3 months.

These sessions are free to Wharton Club members and represent a unique value considering that typical hourly charges for experienced coaches range from $250 to $400/hour.

How does Career Coach “Office Hour” work?

Every other month or so the Club will send out an advance notice to members/non-members with the date and time of the next “Office Hour”.  Non-members who become members will have access. Career and job related questions, challenges and issues are submitted to our career coach, Chris Nadherny, through an email address provided to you once you are registered by the Club for the session. During the Zoom, these questions and scenarios are addressed and discussed in the order in which Chris has received them.  Chris will address as many questions/issues/challenges as possible during the hour. Participants also benefit considerably from hearing about the career experiences, challenges, transitions, and solutions of others.

Who is the Career Coach?

Chris Nadherny is a former Senior Partner from Spencer Stuart, the leading global senior executive search firm.
