The survey results are in and the sample size was both large (100 responses) and broad (in terms of class year and industry). Thanks to all who took the time to respond. We welcome the feedback and are working hard to make some of the great ideas that came out of the survey a reality.
As a result of the survey, we have identified the following as potential areas for the Club to bolster offerings:
1. Networking - Seventy-five percent of survey respondents cited Networking as a primary reason for joining the club. Sixty percent would like to see the Club beef up offerings in this area. As such, the Club is looking to arrange events that are specific to industry and stage-of-career.
2. Social - Thirty-nine percent cited Sociailzing as a primary reason for joining the Club. Thirty percent listed it as one area for the Club to bolster offerings. Although Speaker Events will remain a staple of the Programming Lineup, we would like to organize more informal gatherings that are designed to have members and alumni meet up and simply get to know each other better.
In order to help the Board with these potential initiatives, we are excited to announce the formation of Committees. To this end, please reply to this email if you are interested in getting involved in any of the following areas:
Co-Sponsored Events (with other business school alumni associations)
Affinity Groups and Diversity
Executive Dinner Series
Marquee Thought Leader Events
