Get matched to a nonprofit board through Compass Pro Bono’s On Board program! On Board enables professionals to give back to their local community on a substantive level through nonprofit board service. Compass Pro Bono Chicago will be supporting two groups of local nonprofit organizations with On Board matches this winter: Chicago’s Cultural Treasures and Laureus Sport for Good Chicago grantees*. Interested in the arts or youth sports? Apply to be an On Board candidate to explore board service and participate in a series of 3 specialized board service training. * Chicago’s Cultural Treasures are nonprofits with missions enabling the creation, preservation, and dissemination of art stemming from BIPOC traditions, leadership and culture. These 40 BIPOC-led organizations contribute to the history, vibrancy, and identity of Chicago. Laureus Sport for Good nonprofits use the power of sport as a vehicle for youth development and violence prevention in underserved communities. These 51 nonprofits in the Chicagoland area help remove barriers and increase equity in youth sports.
