Earlier in the year, Wharton Club of Chicago piloted a seminar series, “Optimizing Your Career” which was an overwhelming hit! The program received exceptional feedback and participants raved about how useful and insightful the material was. 

Chris Nadherny (WG ’79 and retired 30 year veteran of Spencer Stuart) agreed to offer a career optimization program for a larger group of people this summer. Chris brings a unique real world perspective having coached hundreds of executives over the years. This three event series has been especially designed to provide valuable insights and proven suggestions for managing your career more effectively and immediately. This series is targeted to an audience of 20-25 executives (capped at 25) in a digestible weekday format.

This summer’s program will be three distinct weekday evening events, June 27, July 13, and July 27 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00. Each event will be preceded by a reception. You can attend any or all of the sessions. This “Optimizing Your Career” Summer Series will help you achieve greater career satisfaction; stronger and more attractive market positioning; and enhanced long-term earnings.

SPEAKER BIO:

We are extremely fortunate to be working with Chris. During his 30 years with Spencer Stuart, Chris conducted over 700 search assignments for a range of global public companies, midcap firms, and private equity portfolio businesses. He has formally interviewed and assessed literally thousands of senior executives and brings to us an invaluable understanding of how successful careers are navigated and formed. Chris retired from Spencer Stuart in December 2015 and has rapidly become a sought after speaker and executive coach with a passion for helping others succeed. He is the author of a soon to be published book, “THE PROACTIVE EXECUTIVE: A C-Suite Recruiter’s 5-Step Plan for Achieving Greater Career Success”.
